Manufactured Housing

Through our wholly owned affiliate, Foundry Communities, our goal is to provide safe, clean, and affordable housing alternatives to people that are increasingly losing affordable housing options; to give residents of our communities a sense of pride and comfort in where they live. We do so by improving the utility infrastructures, paving roads, rehabbing old homes, installing new homes and enforcing park rules to keep the community well maintained and safe.

With a focus on the Mid-Atlantic to Southeast, we operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, which enables us to identify opportunities, and make thoughtful, yet timely, investment decisions. Our programmatic equity partners provide us the ability to close quickly and efficiently, providing property owners with the assurance of closing.

Development

With a collaborative, creative, and entrepreneurial approach to real estate investing, The Foundry Companies handles all aspects of commercial real estate development. Since our inception in 2016, our focus has been on the acquisition and development of urban infill sites and Manufactured Housing Communities, though we are equipped and versed in dealing with all property types. From restoring and revitalizing historic sites to developing multi-family housing communities in up and coming neighborhoods, we aren’t confined to one specific area of real estate and rather focus on opportunity, regardless of the type of asset.
